Irides is currently seeking a Web Developer/Network Administrator intern during the summer semester.
The successful candidate is a college student working towards a degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems. Candidates must have previous academic/professional experience with web development languages, database development and administration, and the tools used to facilitate these technologies.
Specifically the candidate will have experience with at least 3 of the following: HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, ColdFusion MX, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL. An understanding of relational database design and development and SQL Queries is desired.
Candidate must be an effective communicator, well organized, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced news based environment.
We are looking for the candidate who is looking to build his/her skills as well as gain real world work experience.
