Account Center
Authorized customer contacts will have 24x7 access to the secure, password-protected IRIDES Account Center, our web-based client services and information portal. The Account Center is an easy-to-use, self-service client portal that delivers the tools and technology clients need to view important information about their managed hosting solution and control critical operations around-the-clock.
The Account Center allows customers to make business decisions based on timely and accurate information by providing a near real-time view of their site’s performance (ie: bandwidth utilization, CPU utilization, memory utilization, hard disk drive utilization) using a web browser. The Account Center allows Irides’ Managed Hosting Support Group to provide more efficient service by providing clients with access to relevant documentation, and by providing clients with an alternative means of contacting the Client Services team. Clients may use Account Center to submit common service requests online. Finance management is also simplified by allowing clients to view billing information online, and a knowledge database where 95% of all technical questions are answered.
